liblqr-1-0-dbg software package provides converts plain array images into multi-size representation (debug package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblqr-1-0-dbg
liblqr-1-0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblqr-1-0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblqr-1-0-dbg *
You will get with liblqr-1-0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
